Terms of service

Dated 2 July 2026 · Flow Through Logic Pty Ltd · ABN 15 697 017 842

Plain English, start to finish. These terms cover every automation on the shelf and put the guarantee in writing.

The short version

You pick automations at the prices printed on their cards. We make each one live inside its printed window, measured from the end of your onboarding call, or its setup fee is waived. The monthly fee keeps everything running and cancels monthly. Australian Consumer Law applies in full.

1. Parties and agreement

These terms are between Flow Through Logic Pty Ltd (ABN 15 697 017 842, ACN 697 017 842), trading as Flow-Through (“we”, “us”), and the business purchasing an automation (“you”, “the client”).

They take effect when you complete your onboarding call or pay a setup fee, whichever happens first, and they cover every automation you buy from the shelf. Custom builds receive a written quote with a committed timeline that sits alongside these terms. Our privacy policy forms part of this agreement.

2. The service

Each automation on the shelf is a productised service with a fixed setup fee and a flat monthly fee, both printed on its card.

  • Setup covers the build, configuration to your approved wording, connection to your accounts, and go-live inside the printed window.
  • The monthly covers hosting and monitoring, the full run log, wording and configuration changes on request, the monthly numbers email, and support from the people who built it.

The monthly is an ongoing subscription. It continues while you stay subscribed and cancels monthly under section 6.

3. The guarantee, precisely

Every card on the shelf carries the same promise: live inside the printed window, or setup is free. Here is exactly what that means.

  • Live means the automation is running on your connected account, handling real events, with every run logged.
  • The clock starts the moment your 15-minute onboarding call ends. The window is the one printed on the automation's card: 48 hours for most automations, 72 hours for the new-client onboarding pack.
  • Inside the window: the setup fee stands and monthly billing starts on the go-live day.
  • Outside the window: the setup fee is waived in full. The monthly fee is unchanged and starts only once the automation is live.
  • Each automation carries its own window. In a bundle, every automation is measured and guaranteed separately.

The clock runs while we hold the access and materials the automation needs. It pauses while an item on your side is outstanding, and it resumes the moment that item arrives. Items that pause the clock:

  • a consent click yet to be completed;
  • account access yet to be granted or restored;
  • wording, forms or documents the automation needs, yet to be supplied or approved.

When the clock pauses, we tell you the same day, name the item, and restart the clock as soon as it lands.

4. Prices and payment

  • Currency and GST. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
  • Setup fee. Invoiced on the day your automation goes live and payable within 7 days. Where the guarantee is triggered, the setup invoice is never issued.
  • Monthly fee. Starts on the go-live day and is billed monthly in advance.
  • Bundles. Two automations take 10% off the combined monthly. Three or more take 20% off. Setup fees stay as printed, since each build is real work either way.
  • Rate lock. Your monthly rate is locked for as long as your subscription remains active, in writing.
  • Late payment. A reminder comes first, always. If an invoice remains unpaid 30 days after that reminder, the automation may be paused, and it resumes as soon as the account is settled.

5. Your part

Your side of the arrangement is deliberately small:

  • Attend the 15-minute onboarding call.
  • Complete the consent click that connects your account. That click is the entire technical part of your job.
  • Approve the wording your automations send. Everything goes out in your name, in words you signed off.
  • Keep the connection in place. If access is revoked or credentials lapse, the automation pauses and we contact you the same day to reconnect.

The people your automations write to are your customers and enquirers. You confirm your business can lawfully contact them, and we build every automation to send compliantly under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) on your behalf.

6. Cancellation

  • By you. Cancel any automation at any time with written notice; email is fine. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period, and that is the last charge.
  • By us. We may end a subscription with 30 days' written notice. Any period paid for and unserved is refunded pro rata.
  • After cancellation. We disconnect from your accounts and delete connection tokens on the schedule in the privacy policy. A copy of your run log is available on request.

7. Service standards and third parties

  • We monitor every automation. A failed run alerts us, gets investigated, and is either replayed or flagged to you with the detail attached.
  • Automations depend on your providers, such as Microsoft, Google or your accounting platform (for example Xero). An outage on a provider's side pauses the automation until the provider recovers, and the run log shows exactly what happened through any gap.
  • Anything that fails a validation check stops and asks a human instead of pushing uncertain output downstream. That behaviour is a feature of the service, in writing.

8. Intellectual property and data

  • Ours. The automation engine, templates, integrations and know-how remain the property of Flow Through Logic Pty Ltd.
  • Yours. Your wording, your forms, your documents and your data remain yours before, during and after the subscription.

9. Liability

  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or AUD $2,000. This cap is a reasonable allocation of risk given our pricing.
  • Liability for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue and lost data, is excluded to the extent the law allows.
  • The run log is the agreed record of what an automation did and when.

Consumer guarantees. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. If our services fall short of a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to the remedies the ACL provides.

10. Disputes and governing law

A dispute starts with a written notice describing it. Within 21 days, authorised representatives of both sides negotiate in good faith. A dispute still open 30 days after notice may go to mediation administered by the Resolution Institute, with costs shared, before either side starts court proceedings, except where urgent relief is needed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

11. Changes to these terms

Minor changes, such as clarifications and typo fixes, take effect on posting. Material changes, meaning anything affecting your rights, pricing or service scope, are emailed to active clients at least 30 days before they take effect, and you are free to cancel before that date if a change fails to suit you. The rate lock under section 4 holds regardless.
